Room and board and money in exchange for help
Utilities, Internet and maintenance paid by owner's family. The house is located in the suburb, Fridley, with good access to freeways 694, 94. 35W and hwy 100.
Looking for a female boarder to live in the house for free in exchange for providing some help and companionship to a frail mother. The time needed might be 3-4 hours per 24 hours day. The interaction time can morning, or daytime or evenings. The rental value is $1200-1400 a month, which can be waived in lieu of this help. A payment of $500 a month can be paid for the help provided.
The person should be able to communicate in Hindi, be a vegetarian, and be mobile. She can have a job or take classes, or do her own activities. We are flexible with the schedule as we can supplement the needed times.
It would help to have a car for ease of access. The bus line is about a mile away on Central Avenue. Please do not reply if you are not mobile or a male.
